Designed for Flexibility
Aminiti is designed to drop-in to almost any environment, with near-zero installation cost and infrastructure requirements. Start with one station and grow to 1000 — you'll always be able to remotely deploy our features where and when you need them.
Versatile Hardware
Our Q16 Outlet Manager can be securely plugged in to any electrical outlet without professional help. For hardwired applications, the S16 is small enough to fit in most junction boxes and enclosures where permitted by local codes. UL-listed for use in the United States and Canada.
User Proximity Required
Using our patent-pending technology, ensure that users are near the amenity while starting or stopping sessions. Prevent nuisance — and unsafe — activation by remote attackers.
Smart Scheduling
Lights and equipment are available only during approved hours. Reduce noise complaints, misuse, and liability.
Flexible Pay-per-use
Optionally collect fees for use of your Amenities. Allow users to pay per session or by duration, using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or with most credit cards. Enable free access for staff or registered users.
Tax Collection Settings
Aminiti allows you to set tax rates for your region if required. Our management dashboard gives you the information you need to report and remit to your tax authority.
Usage Plan Billing
Bill a single user monthly for exclusive usage of an amenity. Usage fees can be automatically charged to a stored credit card.
No Wi-Fi or IT Infrastructure Required
Perfect for remote locations without connectivity. No downtime due to network issues.
Low-friction Activation
In many cases users can activate amenities without an app download or account sign-up. For others, app download is free and easy.
Realtime Oversight
Managers see exactly who is using what, reducing disputes and downtime.
Authorized Use Only
Customers and tenants activate amenities securely with their smartphone. Aminiti devices hide away, with no outside controls to wear out or be vandalized.
Mobile and Web Access
We offer an iOS and Android mobile app, as well as a web-based management portal. Most stations can be accessed by casual users without downloading a mobile app at all.
